Final Paper submission deadline has been extended to Sunday 7 July 2025.

    • Presentations should be provided in Microsoft PowerPoint for Windows operating systems.

    • Presenters will have 15 minutes to present followed by 10 minutes of discussion (see programme for details).

    • Presenters should e-mail the following by Friday 18 July 2025 to caaes.conference@caaestt.org:

      • Presentations

      • A short biography (150 words) for introduction

    • A Moderator will be present to help guide the session.

    • Technicians will be available for support on the day of your presentation.

    • Presentations must be given in English.

  • Virtual Presentation Guidelines

    To help things run smoothly during your virtual session, here are a few friendly reminders:

    • Before Your Presentation

      • Test Your Tech: Check your internet connection, microphone, camera, and lighting at least a day in advance.

      • Use a Laptop/Desktop: Avoid using phones or tablets unless absolutely necessary. A stable setup improves audio/visual quality.

      • Find a Quiet Spot: Try to present from a quiet, well-lit space with minimal distractions in the background.

      • Join Early: Log into the meeting at least 15 - 20 minutes before your scheduled time so we can do a quick tech check and help with anything you need.

      During Your Presentation

      • Be Camera-Ready: Turn your camera on while presenting if possible. It helps engage the audience.

      • Audio: Try to use headset or microphone can make a big difference in sound quality.

      • Watch the Time: Try to stay within your allotted time so everyone gets their full session.

      Q&A

      • Use the chat or “raise hand” features to take questions during the Q&A portion. A moderator will assist in managing questions and time.
